Important Information for Windows XP Service Pack 2 Users |

When you install XP Service Pack 2, a Pop-up Blocker is turned on in Internet Explorer and set to the medium setting. This means it will block most automatic pop-ups. |

|
| |
The Pop-up Blocker will prevent Complete Document Formatting Service Information from opening and being displayed. To open service information, you will need to turn off the Pop-up blocker or configure it to accept the CDF web address: (www.completedocumentformatting.com.au). |

To change Pop-Up Blocker settings; |

Open Internet Explorer |
|
|
Select 'Tools' |
|
|
Select 'Pop-Up Blocker', then 'Pop-Up Blocker Settings' You will be given the option to 'Turn Off Pop-Up Blocker' or select 'Pop-Up Blocker Settings' |

|
If you do not wish to block any pop-up windows (and this includes ALL web sites, which CDF does not recommend), select 'Turn Off Pop-Up Blocker' then click 'close' |

|
|
If you wish to only allow certain web site pop-up windows to be displayed (such as CDF), select 'Pop-Up Blocker Settings' |

|
Type www.completedocumentformatting.com.au in the 'Address of Web site to allow' box then click 'Add' |

|
Click 'close' |
